Can you believe we are less than 3 weeks away from students returning to school!? Stone teachers and staff have been preparing for your students to join us back on campus for another great year. Please review the following information for some updates and important information for the 2025-2026 school year. Don't forget school starts August 11! Student Badges Students will be issued a school badge during registration. For safety and security reasons, students are required to wear their school badges at all times on campus. Replacement badges are $3.00. Student badges must be on when entering school grounds. Bell Schedule Please see updated bell schedule for slight changes. This year, student will be released on Friday's at 3:15. Food Delivery Students forgetting lunch and needing an outside meal dropped off will only be accepted by an individual on student's contact list. No food delivery services (UberEats, etc.) will be accepted. Students will not be able to take the meal on campus. Electronic Devices To honor the instructional learning environment, cellphones and headphones are not allowed to be used on campus at any time. Students are expected to have all electronics turned off or on silent and in their backpacks throughout the school day. Students will need to place electronics in their backpack before entering school campus. If there is an emergency need to use a cellphone, students may go to the front office to call or text. Provided Supplies for a Successful Start All students will receive an AVID binder with basic school supplies, a calculator and a planner. These items will be given out on during the first week of school School Information & Updates Stay up to date with important events and information through social media, emails, texts and phone calls. Parents- please make sure to update your personal information in order to receive communication from the school through email or phone. Follow us on all social media platforms!

Stone is a Title 1 school, so we supply all necessary basic supplies for our students through the Title 1 grant funds. What do teachers do all summer? Well, here is a great example! Ms. MacWhinnie and Ms. McKnight visited the Secondary Literacy Institute in Orlando. While there, they spent time learning new ways to support the development of skiilled reading in secondary students, built knowledge of evidence-based practices for planning and delivering ELA lessons, and so much more!
