For our Stone families planning purposes, here are some important upcoming events for the first semester for Stone!


Stone is a Title 1 school, so we supply all necessary basic supplies for our students through the Title 1 grant funds. We are including some additional suggested items that you could purchase, if you wish. Make sure to see visit us on Saturday, August 2 for registration day from 10am-4pm in the Stone gym.


The moment you have been waiting for! Stone is happy to announce that the registration day for the 2025-2026 school year will be on Saturday, August 2 from 10am until 4pm in the Stone gym. Make sure to log into FOCUS before registration and complete all required paperwork. Thank you and see you there!


Thanks to Dr. Alexander who organized the thirteen volunteers, including teachers, community members and students, who collected over twenty-two pounds of trash from three beaches during Stone's Paradise Beach clean up on July 1!! @brevardschools

What do teachers do all summer? Well, here is a great example! Ms. MacWhinnie and Ms. McKnight visited the Secondary Literacy Institute in Orlando. While there, they spent time learning new ways to support the development of skiilled reading in secondary students, built knowledge of evidence-based practices for planning and delivering ELA lessons, and so much more!

Stone is sad to bid farewell to Ms. Karen Breedlove. Ms. Breedlove has been a member of the Stone custodial team for the past nine years. We are sorry to see her leave but excited for her as she takes the next step of her life in retirement. Peace Out, Karen!
